Nakia Pyatt, a 40-year-old Philadelphia resident, was tragically killed on January 16, 2016, during a home invasion in the Frankford neighborhood. Police were called to his residence on the 4600 block of Penn Street at around 10 a.m., where they found him in his living room with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was transported to Temple University Hospital, but he died later that night.
