Jeffrey McLaughlin, a 38-year-old male, was shot to death in San Francisco’s Tenderloin district on April 25, 2007. The incident occurred at Hyde and Turk streets around 12:25 a.m. and was believed to be linked to a drug-related dispute over money. Witnesses reported overhearing a conversation in which McLaughlin was confronted by three men regarding an outstanding debt.
