Raushan Mills, a 37-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was tragically murdered on June 11, 2016. The incident occurred on the 2000 block of Susquehanna Avenue. At around 3:38 p.m., Philadelphia Police Officers responded to reports of a shooting and found Mills suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was promptly transported to Temple University Hospital, but despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries that same afternoon.
