Marquise Slaughter, a 25-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was killed on July 22, 2016. The incident occurred on the 200 block of South Cecil Street, where Philadelphia Police officers found Marquise lying in the street with a gunshot wound to the head. Emergency personnel arrived, but Marquise was pronounced dead at the scene.
