Christopher Williams, a 24-year-old man, was killed on September 13, 2016, in Philadelphia. His death was one of the many incidents of gun violence that plagued the city during that year. Williams was found with multiple gunshot wounds, and despite the prompt response by emergency personnel, he succumbed to his injuries.
