In the city of Philadelphia on the evening of October 1, 2012, a burst of violence at an auto body shop on the 2200 block of West Stewart Street claimed the life of Steven Jackson. The 25-year-old man was inside the shop at approximately 7 p.m. when gunfire erupted, leaving him with fatal injuries. Another individual, a 21-year-old man, was also struck by the gunfire but survived his wounds.
