Who killed Henry \Shorty\ Palacios in 1992?
On December 5, 1992, Henry "Shortly" Palacios was murdered in Portland, Oregon, under violent and mysterious circumstances. Palacios had been staying with a friend for several days before that morning, when a roommate gave him a ride to Old Town, dropping him off near NW 3rd Avenue and West Burnside. As he walked down Burnside Street with his friend, three men approached them. One man held Palacios while another stabbed him in the torso.
