On the late summer evening of August 31, 1993, in Eugene, Oregon, a gathering by the railroad tracks west of the Chambers overpass took a fatal turn for 38-year-old Armando Urisar-Escobar. The man, a male, was with two other individuals and a man who had reportedly just arrived in town that day, having traveled by a freight train from the north.
