The second suspect is also described as a Vietnamese male in the same age range and with a similar height and build, wearing a white shirt and dark pants. A third individual, considered a person of interest, was present during the initial altercation but not the shooting. He was described as a Vietnamese male, 40 to 45 years old at the time, with a stocky build, a pot belly, and was either bald or balding. He wore wire-framed glasses and possibly had a mustache.
