On October 28, 1990, the body of 15-year-old Latrice Nicole Miller was discovered under a bridge at Haikey Creek in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A 10-year-old boy made the shocking discovery while walking to a friend's house. Miller had died from a gunshot wound to the head.
