In the early morning hours of August 4, 2001, Jonathan Swimp was found dead on the roof of an abandoned vehicle at 2400 East 6th Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The male victim lay face down on the car, a jarring sight in the quiet of a summer morning, when officers and first responders arrived around 8:45 a.m. after the discovery was reported.
