On June 12, 2004, Andrew Penheiro was tragically killed while working as a clerk at the Lucky Trip convenience store in Tulsa, Oklahoma. At around 3:10 a.m., a man entered the store, pointed a gun at Penheiro, and shot him. Despite the attack, the assailant left without taking anything, leading investigators to conclude that robbery was not the motive for the murder.
