In the autumn of 2012, the life of 19-year-old Phoenicia Dorsey, an African-American female, was tragically cut short in Tulsa, Oklahoma. On the evening of November 1st, a sense of unease led the brother of 20-year-old Deyonta Dunn to a residence at 6923 E. Tecumseh Street.
