In the summer of 2015, a beloved member of the Tulsa, Oklahoma community, 62-year-old James H. Cooper, tragically lost his life in what has been described as a senseless act of violence. On the evening of July 23rd, Cooper, a Black male, had just finished a game of tennis with friends, a regular pastime for the athletic and community-minded man.
