Sedric Dennis, age 42, was tragically killed on February 11, 2008, in Oakland, California. He was found dead in a vehicle parked at a beach in San Mateo County. The suspect, Troy Tyrone Thomas III, was arrested at the scene after a sheriff’s deputy noticed an arm protruding from under a cover in the vehicle. Thomas, who has a history of felonies, including a previous murder conviction, confessed to the crime.
