Alfred Davis, a 37-year-old man from Columbus, Ohio, was tragically killed on July 26, 1979. The incident occurred while Davis was driving his automobile on Amherst Avenue in Franklin County. He was shot in the back of the head, and pronounced dead on arrival. The motive behind the shooting remains unclear, and no suspects have been identified.
