On February 10, 1997, David Russell, a fifteen-year-old male, was found with a fatal gunshot wound on the porch of his residence at 1643 Oak Street in Columbus, Ohio. The Columbus Police Department responded to the incident, but despite investigative efforts, the case remains unsolved.
