On June 3, 1980, eight-year-old Asenath Dukat was murdered while walking home from school in Upper Arlington, Ohio. Her body was found in a creek bed near the First Community Village. The case remained unsolved for over 40 years. In 2022, DNA evidence finally led investigators to identify Brent L. Strutner as her killer.
