Mark Dereich, aged 21, was tragically killed on December 6, 1982, in Youngstown, Ohio. The incident took place at 112 Illinois Avenue in Mahoning County. On that day, police officers responded to a call for an investigation and arrived at an upstairs apartment where they found Mark lying on the floor, deceased from a gunshot wound.
