On August 16, 1983, Herbert Harris, aged 32, was found fatally shot at his residence on Lilley Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. He suffered gunshot wounds to his chest and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Columbus Police Department has been investigating the case, but it remains unsolved to this day. Authorities are still appealing to the public for any information that could help bring the perpetrators to justice.
