On April 21, 1990, Joseph Harris, a 43-year-old man, was murdered in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred at 1304 Mt. Vernon Avenue, located in Franklin County. Harris sustained multiple gunshot wounds, and his case remains unsolved. The Columbus Police Department has been actively investigating this case for years, but despite their efforts, no suspect has been arrested, and the case has turned cold.
