On October 28, 1990, Louis Whitesell, aged 49, was found shot to death in a phone booth located near 234 Playfield Road, close to Lunken Airport in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Cincinnati Police Department responded to the scene and began an investigation. Despite their efforts, the case remains unsolved, and no suspects have been publicly identified.
