On April 13, 1991, Sharman Kinney, a 40-year-old woman, was found dead in a wooded lot located at 616 Glenwood Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio. The investigation revealed that she had been both stabbed and strangled, and authorities were unable to determine exactly where the attack initially occurred before her body was discovered at this location. The Cincinnati Police Department, which was the lead agency on this case, classified the incident as a homicide.
