Devoghn Allen

Devoghn Allen, aged 22, was tragically killed on August 3, 2008, in Upland, California. He was attending a party on North Mountain Drive when an unidentified black male approached him in the driveway and shot him in the head. The incident led to his immediate death at the scene.
