Murdered

Devoghn Allen, aged 22, was tragically killed on August 3, 2008, in Upland, California. He was attending a party on North Mountain Drive when an unidentified black male approached him in the driveway and shot him in the head. The incident led to his immediate death at the scene. The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department treated the case as a homicide, but, despite ongoing investigations, the shooter was never apprehended.
