On February 23, 1997, Kimberly J. Stephan, aged 38, was found shot to death in Greenville, Ohio, alongside 55-year-old Dennis Young. Their bodies were discovered in Young's home on the 1300 block of Chippewa Street. The tragic double homicide occurred after both victims were last seen leaving a local bar called Bumpers around 2:15 a.m. on the same day.
The scene indicated that the phone lines to the house had been deliberately cut, suggesting that the perpetrators planned their actions beforehand. Despite significant investigative efforts, no arrests have been made, and the case remains unsolved to this day.
