On January 3, 1998, Corey Blye, a 22-year-old resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, was shot and killed on Sutter Avenue in the city's Avondale neighborhood. The incident occurred late at night, with Corey being found at 1974 Sutter Avenue. Emergency responders arrived at the scene, but unfortunately, Corey succumbed to his injuries.
