On February 17, 1999, Arthur Ford IV, a 17-year-old male, was tragically killed in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred in front of 86 E. 8th Avenue in Franklin County. Arthur sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head. The details of the circumstances leading to his death remain unclear, and no suspects have been publicly identified.
