On January 10, 2000, Rodney Shephard was found dead in his Perry Township, Ohio, home in a case that remains unsolved more than two decades later. Shephard, a 45-year-old widower and father of three, was well-regarded in the Brookville and Perry Township communities, where he owned and managed a farm equipment business.
