On December 19, 1977, Glenn William "Billy" Payne, age 29, was found dead in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. His body was discovered in a tool shed located at his residence on East Livingston Avenue. Payne had died from a stab wound, and it was believed that he might have been killed at a different location before being placed in the shed. The details surrounding his death remain unclear, and the case has never been solved.
