In the stillness of a late November evening, the life of Peter Hargrove, a 34-year-old Black male, was violently extinguished. On Sunday, November 26, 2023, in Birmingham, Alabama, Hargrove was inside a residence located in the 900 block of 25th Street North when the sound of gunfire shattered the peace.
