On July 9, 2001, Derrick Harrison was tragically shot and killed at 3401 McHenry Avenue, Apartment #6, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was 42 years old at the time of his death. The Cincinnati Police Department responded to the incident, but the case remains unsolved, and no suspects have been publicly identified.
