On March 20, 2003, Ricardo Williams, a 26-year-old resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, was shot and killed. The incident occurred at 1811 Elm Street in the Hamilton County area of Cincinnati. Ricardo suffered fatal injuries at the scene, and the Cincinnati Police Department continues to investigate his death as an unsolved homicide.
