On September 12, 2004, a tragic fire occurred at the Lincoln Park West Apartments located on Lynwood Lane in Columbus, Ohio. The fire, which was ultimately ruled as an arson, took the lives of ten people, including two-year-old Jesus Antonio Noriega-Mejia.
