On January 5, 2006, Elizabeth Davis, age 49, was tragically shot and killed in a double homicide in Dayton, Ohio. Davis was found deceased in the kitchen of a residence on Vernon Drive, alongside 44-year-old Felicia Goodson, who was also killed in the incident. Goodson attempted to flee and seek help but was pursued by the assailant and fatally shot on a nearby porch.
