Alexander Apalit, a 21-year-old man from Daly City, was tragically killed on the evening of April 18, 2009, in San Francisco. The shooting took place around 9:15 p.m. while Apalit was a passenger in a vehicle traveling along Otsego Avenue near the intersection of Santa Ynez in the Mission Terrace neighborhood.
