Emanuel Evans, a 30-year-old resident of San Francisco, was tragically shot and killed on May 31, 2009. The incident occurred at the intersection of West Point and Middlepoint Roads in the Hunters Point neighborhood of San Francisco at around 10:00 p.m. Evans was one of several victims of violence in Hunters Point around that time, reflecting the ongoing struggles with gang-related tensions and violence in the area.
