Pierre Oliver, a 43-year-old man, was attacked in San Francisco on October 5, 2008. He was found unconscious after being severely beaten at Holly Park on Highland Avenue. Following the assault, Oliver spent several months in critical condition, ultimately succumbing to his injuries on June 8, 2009.
