Terrence Briggs, a 35-year-old resident of San Francisco, was shot and killed on December 9, 2016, in the Bayview district of the city. The shooting occurred around 8:30 p.m., and Briggs was found with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to the hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival.
