On December 13, 2011, 43-year-old Sara Scott was found fatally shot inside her residence at 829 Mercer Avenue in Akron, Ohio. She was discovered alongside her friend, Donald Golden, who was also deceased. Both were shot in what appeared to be a double homicide, and their deaths left the Akron community shocked and searching for answers. Despite efforts by the Akron Police Department to investigate the crime, the case has remained unsolved, with few leads emerging over the years.
