Judith Frum, a 59-year-old resident of Columbus, Ohio, was tragically killed on January 2, 2016. On that evening at approximately 7:30 p.m., police officers responded to reports of a shooting in the area of Fair Avenue and Napoleon Avenue in Franklin County. When they arrived, they found Judith Frum lying in the roadway with gunshot wounds. She was transported to a nearby hospital but was pronounced dead shortly afterward. This incident was the first recorded homicide in Columbus in 2016.
