On April 25, 2017, Omar Mikal Muhammad II, a 24-year-old male, was shot and killed in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident took place at 1191 W. Galbraith Road around midnight, and emergency responders pronounced Muhammad dead at the scene. Cincinnati Police launched an investigation, but the case has yet to be solved.
