On December 20, 2017, Corday Burgess, 32, was found shot to death in Columbus, Ohio. Police responded to a report of a person lying in the grass at approximately 8:35 a.m. near the 2500 block of Courtright Road. When officers arrived, they discovered Corday unresponsive and suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly afterward. Despite investigative efforts, no suspect has been publicly identified, and the case remains unsolved.
