Temistocle Casas

Temistocle "Temy" Fernandez Casas was a Cuban man in his early 30s who investigators believe was killed sometime in 1997 or 1998. He had come to Canada from Cuba on a tourist visa in April 1992, arriving in Quebec. Although his remains were eventually discovered in Conception Bay South, Newfoundland and Labrador, police have found no records showing when, why, or even how Casas traveled from Quebec to Newfoundland.
