Death by Force

Hugo Cesar Castro, an 18-year-old from Charlotte, North Carolina, was shot and killed on January 7, 2008. His body was discovered near the Wingate Place Apartments on Nations Ford Road, in proximity to a nearby automotive shop and gas station.
