On March 11, 2008, 27-year-old Latasha Early was tragically killed in Charlotte, North Carolina. She was one of four victims in a quadruple homicide that occurred at an apartment complex on High Meadow Lane. The crime shocked the community, with all four victims found shot to death inside the apartment. Despite efforts by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, the case went unsolved for over a decade.
In 2019, police arrested a suspect in connection with the murders, although the investigation remains ongoing.
