On the morning of September 14, 2009, 15-year-old Tiffany Wright was shot and killed while waiting for her school bus in Charlotte, North Carolina. Tiffany was eight months pregnant at the time and, despite her critical condition, doctors managed to deliver her baby girl, Aaliyah, who tragically died six days later.
