Death by Force

On June 4, 2008, Jacques Rendell Timbers, an 18-year-old, was shot and killed in what appeared to be a drive-by shooting in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 12:50 AM on Forest Pond Drive. Authorities believe the attack may have been related to an earlier altercation involving Timbers. When first responders arrived, Timbers was found lying in the front yard of a residence, severely injured from gunshot wounds. Despite emergency efforts, he did not survive.
