On a day meant for mourning, the life of 18-year-old Vilisoni Angilau was tragically cut short in a burst of violence that unfolded outside a Kearns, Utah church on August 17, 2026. The young man was attending the funeral of a relative, Ofa'tangikivaha Angilau, when a long-simmering family dispute escalated into a fatal confrontation.
