On October 22, 2009, Ramiro Vasquez, aged 42, was shot and killed in Durham, North Carolina. The incident took place in the evening, and police responded to reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, officers found Vasquez suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation into his murder remains unsolved, and Durham police have continued to seek leads in the case. The community has been urged to provide any information that could help identify the suspects involved.
