On October 14, 2012, in Charlotte, North Carolina, a tragic incident occurred involving 17-year-old male Jose Juarez-Cruz. In the early hours of the morning, Jose was a passenger in a Ford Expedition driven by his brother, Javier Juarez-Cruz. The vehicle was traveling along Finchley Drive when it lost control, overturned, and ejected Jose, leading to his untimely death.
